The original Animaniacs was started in 1993 and ended 1998, with the movie Wakko's Wish releasing in 1999. In 2020, the reboot brought back Animaniacs from the dead during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Season 2 of the fourth-wall-breaking cartoon is coming in November 2021, hyped to the max

With the backstory down, now to talk about the show itself

There are a lot of impressive things about it which not many people know.

Let's start with Yakko's World

             

Being the first-ever song that was made for the cartoon, this helped kick off season 1. The warner brothers, their sister dot (and all Animaniacs characters) end up singing dozens of original songs. According to Yakko's voice actor Rob Paulsen, this was written so anybody could sing it. Also, it was all done in one take. If you don't know what that means, it's saying that Rob Paulsen (Yakko) sang 'Yakko's World' all at once without stopping or taking a break. It is not an easy feat to sing such any song all at once, especially for a song like this.

A similar feat to Yakko's iconic 'Yakko's World', Wakko sings ALL of the 50 states and their capitals. This wasn't an uncommon thing for elementary school students to do in class, except they probably weren't singing like Wakko. In the reboot, Wakko utters about how Yakko took all the song credit, rather than people remembering 'Wakko's America'. The photo seen here is just at the beginning, so you can imagine how fast-paced this is.
